Pick a Side — Competition Terms and Conditions

Promoter: Shloomfy The Comfy Co (Pty) Ltd, Shop 9, Karibu Farm, Umhlali, KwaZulu-Natal ("Shloomfy").

1. The competition

Entrants vote for either the Cream Fur Beanbag or the Dark Grey Fur Beanbag by commenting CREAM or GREY on the official Pick a Side competition post on Shloomfy's Facebook page or Instagram account. One valid comment is one entry and one vote.

2. Competition period

The competition opens when the official post is published and closes at 23:59 on Sunday 4 October 2026. Entries after that time will not be counted.

3. Who may enter

Open to South African residents aged 18 and over. Directors, employees and immediate family members of Shloomfy and its agencies may not enter. One entry per person per platform. Duplicate, automated or bad-faith entries will be removed.

4. Entry is free

No purchase is necessary to enter. Entry requires only a comment on the competition post at the standard cost of your internet connection. Liking, sharing or tagging is welcome but is not a condition of entry.

5. The prize

One Small Fur Beanbag in whichever colour receives the most valid votes when the competition closes. Recommended retail value R4,290. The prize is made to order at Karibu Farm and a production turnaround of 7 to 10 working days applies from confirmation of the winner's delivery address. Delivered free to major South African city centres; delivery elsewhere in South Africa will be arranged at Shloomfy's discretion. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. How the winner is chosen

One winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries within seven days of the competition closing. The draw will be conducted under the supervision of an independent person. The winner will be announced on Shloomfy's Facebook page and Instagram account and contacted by direct message. If the winner does not respond within seven days, or is ineligible, a new winner will be drawn.

7. Records and personal information

Shloomfy will keep a record of the competition, the entries and the draw for three years in line with the Consumer Protection Act. Personal information collected is used only to run this competition and contact the winner, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, and will not be sold or shared with third parties.

8. General

By entering you agree to these terms. Shloomfy's decision is final. Shloomfy may amend or withdraw the competition if circumstances beyond its reasonable control require it. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta, Facebook or Instagram; by entering you release Meta from any responsibility in connection with it.
