- Refunds will be granted to any unopened items, or should an item be opened, it must be unused within 14 days of receipt. A 10% handling fee will be deducted.
- All returned items must be shipped to our factory in Umhlali, KZN. Once received and checked, a refund will be processed.
- Please note that shipping costs to the factory will not be covered by Shloomfy. This is at the customer’s own cost.
- We offer a full calendar year workmanship guarantee.
